We are aware that there is an issue currently with our Card Payments since 18/10/2022 evening +8 GMT

We are working closely with our Card Processor and local banks to identify the issue

Update 22/10/2022: After Investigation with our card processor we have identified that there was an issue on their side which is affecting their payment globally.

Due to the scale of this issue it will take sometime and probably over the weekend of it to be resolved.

Alternative payment such as Bank Transfer and Cash Deposit should be working as usual.

Update 24/10/2022: We have been informed from our card processor that it will take roughly a week and probably more from now until the current service interruption turns normal.

Update 25/10/2022: Card payment is available with limited capabilities accessible for existing customer. The feature will be fully restored once there are no longer service disruption from our card processor

 

Update 27/10/2022: Card payment is disabled temporarily
