Welcome to RapidBump!

RapidBump is an e-commerce platform dedicated to facilitate online shopping experience and is operated by Arc Enterprise (“we”, “our”, “us”, “RapidBump”), a licensed business from Brunei Darussalam. When we say “Service”, we mean our Site “www.rapidbump.com” and the RapidBump mobile App collectively. This means that our Privacy Policy applies wherever you use and/or access RapidBump Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information RapidBump collects as well as how we use them. We are only describing our practices, and not including third-party entities you interact with when you use the Service.

The Privacy Policy is part of the RapidBump “Terms”, which means this will be subject to the particular Terms (including its provisions regarding limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of governing law). Our Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“User”). All capitalized words not defined here shall have the meanings outlined in the Terms. By using our Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW

The particular kinds of information we gather usually depend on how and where you interact with us. We receive both information that is directly provided to us by you and information that is passively or automatically collected, such as from your browser or device. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all of this as the “Information”.

We use this information as aggregate data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual Users.

Please note that disabling tracking technologies may prevent you from using the full functionality of the Service and they may not work as intended. Although we do our best to honour the privacy preferences of our User, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals at this time, as we believe that there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to Do Not Track settings.
