Returns are accepted if returned within 24 hours of item received and have submitted a reported to our customer support.

For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at dispute@rapidbump.com or our customer support line (available in order page) by quoting the order number and product details. Shipping cost are not reimbursed unless agreed upon with the seller.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
