We are happy to announce that Rapidbump is now equipped with a TAIB account! What does this mean for our users? It means you’ll be able to both make cash deposit payments at a larger range of locations, as well as enjoy fee-less transaction when purchasing from us digitally using a TAIB account!
Make Direct Bank Transfer via TAIB VX:
Holders of TAIB accounts are now able to enjoy fee-less transfers when you make direct bank transfers to our corresponding TAIB account:
1> Select “Transfer” (bottom right)
2> Select “Transfer Within TAIB”
3> Select “Adhoc Transfers” (if first time) or
select our Account 006 5019 3004 8010
4> In Adhoc Within TAIB Payment

To make Direct Bank Transfer via TAIB VX:
Rapidbump’s cash deposit is a great payment option for those without a bank account. To make cash deposit payments to our TAIB account, proceed with your transaction as you would normally on the Rapidbump app, then:
1> On checking out, you will be redirected to your order details, with order status “Awaiting Payment”.
2> Copy our TAIB bank details as displayed in the order details page.
3> Go to your nearest Cash Deposit Machine
4> Press Enter > Cash Deposit to A/C
5> If prompted for account type, choose Saving Account
6> Enter our account number as stated in #2 and confirm
7> Insert notes, and wait while cash is counted
9> Verify amount, then select CONFIRM to proceed
10> Collect your receipt, and take a photo of it, ensuring the date, amount and account number are clearly visible
11> Attach the receipt photo to your order details
12> Once received and verified, we will begin processing your order.
